The staff at this hotel are professional and very helpful. Evening waiting staff in the restaurant were outstanding, as was the Chef who produced fabulous evening meals. Hotel was clean - the only disappointment was that the bathroom extractor fan didn't work, so very warm air entered the bedroom. Also, the shower curtain was old and not pleasant to use - shower curtains should be obsolete in good hotels! The safety handle above the bath was loose. It was very warm and the aircon is limited to 21deg C - far too warm. We roasted! Putting this aside, there was excellent secure parking and the food, room and staff were so pleasant that we elected to stay another night. A change immediately and pleasantly accommodated by our hosts.

Amazing Hotel, but Be More Reasonable About the AC

The hotel is definitely very nice, and much nicer than most in the area. They take Eco/Green VERY seriously, so expect a hot room when you first enter. Also, the cleaning lady will turn your AC off when she's cleaning your room and you will come back to a HUMID & HOT room. That's honestly my biggest complaint, is the AC. The lowest you can set it to is 21C. Being that I'm paying for my room, and being that I'm paying more than I would at other hotels, I would think that I should have control over the AC in my room during my stay.

Good hotel in the centre of Legnica.

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the town centre, good restaurants, shopping mall and groceries. There is quite large car park, paid separately. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous, very tasty, fresh, plenty of choices, including freshly squeezed juices, waffles, and all other breakfast classics. The room service was on request.

Waste of money and time

Do not stay there! I checked in very late as it was around 3 am. They accomodated me at 9th floor. I was very tired and when I got to my room the key dodnt work. I came down to the reception. Shou couldnt give me a new key so she called the handy man. The handy man opened the door for me. It was 4 am. Got to my bed. Had 3 hour of sleep i at 7 am the handy man woke me up because he jad to fix my door…. People who work there do not think. There are much more better places to stay in Legnica!

Stop over with culinary surprise!

A much needed stop over on long journey in a quality hotel. We enjoyed evening meals of salmon fillet and white fish both served with vegetables carefully chosen and expertly prepared by a chef / chefs who clearly know how to cook food! Another dish of chicken breast and salad was likewise expertly prepared and enjoyed. Accompanied with a well balanced New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, and followed by a superb mango tart, and blackberry parfaits. Superb, and we would visit again just for chefs delights.

Air conditioner make a big noise we can’t sleep all night. I call the reception, they send to my room a someone men he shut down the air conditioner, he didn’t say anything and left the place. I turned the air conditioner back on because it was very hot.We stayed all night with noise and no sleep.
