Lovely hotel, staff excellent, always attentive, lovely with smiles on their faces always. Could have more shade umbrellas at pools.

The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and excellent bathroom amenities. Spacious and well maintained. While breakfast choices were limited to the vegetarians, the restaurant staff were very friendly to offer custom preparation to help us out. Very nice spa service that we used almost every day! Only the thing I did not like about is that our room window / balcony opens directly into the view of adjacent property. Could never use the balcony and always have to close the curtains to keep privacy ! Overall, a very nice place to stay for a vacation with easy access to several restaurants and businesses close by.

The most beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing and professional. Buffet breakfast had a great selection of food right near the beach. Bed and pillows were incredible to sleep on. It is right in the middle of Legian. Perfect spot! Definitely will be staying again.
