Foid wasnt available for our breakfast dome dats. Renovation very noisy. Our room glass door fell off and our room ftont door kept jamming. We paid for your lagoon rooms and we had people walking down our stairs and trying to fet our roo. They thought it was the massage parlour. My partner had 2 confronting situations were he had to stop people walikng in our room while i was asleep. We made all our disappointing issues clear to your staff at ftont counter. This made for a very stressful stay

Good 4* in the "middle" of Kuta. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars in vicinity. 20m pool part shaded all morning and most of afternoon. Generous room size. AirCon a little weak but the room cools down eventually. Not a hotel for beach-goers (a very long walk). Breakfast "OK"... Cereals, juice, toast, egg-station, more oriented to south east asians than people from UK however.

Pool access room was very noisy. Sewerage/water pipes from upper floors cross the ceiling and all night you can hear water running through them. Pool filter system just gargles early of a morning and late of a night. WOTIF has it marked at the wrong location on maps. It is 20 minutes walk from where it's listed to where it's located. Be sure to check location as we did not want to stay at that location. Lastly, items were apparently removed from our room. On mentioning this at check out, the girl at the counter was not interested.

Decent Stay, But Needs Improvements

The property is decent, but the pictures online are definitely deceiving. The property needs updating, but I guess you get what you pay for. The location is great, and the staff was responsive to requests to clean my room. However, the room wasn’t cleaned to my standards. I had to call them back a couple of times to clean it again. Once, there was a stain on my sheets, and on other occasions, I found hair on the floor, so they had to come back to sweep again. I also didn’t like that I had to pay for bottled water, which should be free since we can’t drink the tap water.

Nice hotel in a great location

Nice hotel in the city, Clean, bed was comfortable, good range of shops and restaurant near the hotel. Short walk to the beach through the back way.

I booked a stay for 3 days ended up leaving after the first night. The hotel was dirty. The room was in poor condition. The breakfast had bugs crawling in the pastries and when told about it the server tried removing one pastry I stead of the while tray. I would never stay or recommend anyone to stay. Money was definitely wasted here
