Great service, greeted with a smile by the staff.
Several dishes listed on their menu were not available. If it is in the menu, then make it available.

There was no warm or hot water during our entire stay. Be prepared to take a cold shower.

Disappointed with Ammeneties
Posted 8 Apr 2019 on HotelsI am a bit disappointed the reason why I checked in was because I needed WIFI for business purposes. I was notified upon check in WIFI service was not working. I figured checking in to tgisbhotel would help with my need to connect to WIFI because of its good ratings. It’s unfortunate I was not able to work because of this and it was too late to even find another hotel. It would be beneficial to have some kind of indication or warning that such necessity is not available.
Furthermore, the bed was so uncomfortable.
