As always Marison is by far the best choice for a hotel here in Legazpi.. Sevice is excellent, staffs are attentive and quick in dealing with guests probs and request. Rooms are clean and sheets are crisp and fresh.. Dining option has alot of choices be it for buffet or ala carte. Price is reasonable compared to some hotels in Legazpi which is quite pricey but minimal options.Has alot of Parking spaces and accesible to the malls, church and etc.

Very clean and exceptional customer service! A bit pricey but it's worth it! And I love very much the buffet breakfast, so many selections! Thank you for making our 5 day stay a comfortable and memorable one.

The staff goes out of their way to make things nice...they are the reason I gave the hotel 5 stars.
If your American, the food is OK but the TV isn't much and hot water is kind of scarce at times.

Very nice & accommodating staff members, I love the the fact that they have FREE shuttle service to/from airport <> Hotel ( please don’t stop this is a good business strategy not to mention Breakfast included ) totally worthy to stay .

Comfortable beddings and excellent breakfast buffet. Multiple restaurants on the grounds. Also enjoyed the Spa services and personnel. Centrally located in the city of Legazpi, makes it accessible to all local attractions and of course, SM Mall!

The whole place is properly managed, and the staff are good but it seems hard public transportation around the hotel like tricycles are not available late but Grab is. If you don't have an app its good luck.
