"I rarely share my reviews on Expedia but I would say I really like this accomodation. The staff were super friendly and the room was spacious and well equipped. Enjoyed a really comfortable stay here. There are workshops in the hotel occasionally which makes the hotel even more lively. :) The only limitation I can think of is that there are only limited restaurants/shops near the hotel so you will need to go back to the city centre."

"Very cosy space that did the job. There wasn't a lot of space however we knew what we were getting ourselves into with the pictures on the website. It did say double bunk bed however when we got there it was a double bed on a second floor, (assuming that that's where the bunk bit came from). Not too far of a walk from transport links so good if you are looking to stay outside of the main city."

"hotel was clean receptionist was polite and a fast check in. the area is considered unsafe but honestly just keep your wits about you and its friendly enough not all that bad more interesting. great for finding party products. we ate nearby and there was lots of selection. i would stay again if I returned to Brussels. "Rooms are nice; cleaning staff is really efficient. But no onsite representatives make it frustrating. 8 day stay with no service to room. Communication with Numa was robotic and texting was a nightmare. I believe you can find much better options for the price point and better location. "

"The apartment was very good, very comfortable for 5 adults. The area was not the best one, walking to the apartment late at night we had to look over our shoulders constantly. Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. It was after 8am, but we didn't expect that much noise on a Saturday morning. "

"The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. You then go into the building and are called into a back office-- they don't greet you-- and...

"I was very dissatisfied why my stay with Smart flats. They do respond to the issues you report, but they do not fix them. The elevator was not working and I of course was on the 6th floor! I reported there was no remote for the TV but never got one. I reported no shampoo dispenser, but they never fix it. They of course respond to my reports, but nothing gets done."

"Huge 2 bedroom apartment in a great location, could do with a bit of TLC but it was clean, beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed, but could have done with more towels. WiFi was slow but it did work."

"The hotel wasnt far from the Brussels north railway station and the trams were also within walking distance. Our room was at the front of the hotel and unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise going on up to nearly midnight. The air conditioning had been turned off as it was now classed as being cold outside and when we complained it was too warm we were told we could open a window which wasnt ideal due to the noise outside making it hard to get to sleep after a long day out in the city...

"I would have rated 5 star if not for the fact that the constant loud sound of the police sirens were very disturbing. They have €5 coupons for the bar for every night if you opted not to have room cleaning. Kudos to sustainability. "
