Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast very good and all options explained by staff. Will be back.

Paid extra for a room with a view of City Square, only to be rung from reception to close the curtains at 4.40pm
I had a look out later and was temporarily blinded by a laser light show from the Christmas Market seemingly being projected on the front of the hotel.
Freezing room - portable electric heater provided later.
No food available- wife had to go out early and eat at Starbucks.
I feel we should be compensated for this experience as might as well have paid less for a room without a view.

Great hotel and area. Wasn’t aware of all building works around the area and shame it does not have parking facilities
