Returned for the first time since Q hotels being the owner. Over 30 years since the original renovation - it was good but rooms / corridors starting to look in need of improvements. Enjoyed our two night stay.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Oulton Hall. We especially loved using the swimming pool and spa, the food at the breakfast was also very nice.
Parts of the hotel were not looked after properly and needed updating, e.g toilet and changing rooms weren’t in the best condition over time.
Some of the staff were friendly but this was not always the case and we didn’t get the warm welcome we would have hoped for in a 4 star hotel. This let down our experience for what could have been beautiful place.

It’s was exactly as the picture. The entire service was lovely and very welcoming. Very clean and spacious. I can’t wait for my next stay.
