Super close to amazing food and Christmas markets. Lovely hotel and central to everything. Unique decor that stands out in my mind. Really cool place.

Great stay, great location, really comfy bed and really liked the twin room lots of space. Breakfast was good also. Staff really helpful and friendly. Would defo return could not fault it at all. Nice to take a coffee from the machine up to the room after shopping

Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel and the car park beside the hotel which included a discount for hotel guests. Our room was both spacious and well laid out and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of room for luggage etc.,
It is difficult to say anything negative about this hotel.

Close for the First Direct Arena. Parking just next door at a discounted rate 👍 will defuse again.

The perfect place to stay if you're in Leeds for an event at the First Direct Arena. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms neat and well laid out, and the hotel is in walking distance of the car park, arena, and city centre.

The hotel was easy to reach with access to the main downtown shopping area. The room was fairly large and comfortable.
