It is definitely suited for a short term stay. The room does not have a mirror and the bathroom is shared. The host was quite accomodating.

Loved having such a lovely room and next time I stay over in Leeds I’ll be sure to stay here again. I do have one recommendation though. That’s to get a little fridge under the seat to have milk in for other guests. Other than that it was perfect

Please accept this review as a formal complaint. I turned up as agreed at 2pm on Saturday the 4th of February. There was a number on the front door to call in order to check in. The guy on the other end of the phone simply told me it was fully booked and I needed to try elsewhere despite having a booking. I since text the same number multiple times and had no response from him. The guy has also taken my money despite me not actually staying there. Avoid this place, massive scam.

A really good host
Not the greatest stay, but adequate for our needs, bed was comfortable, and room tidy, shared toilet and shower on the landing just outside the room, use of kitchen if needed, tea making facilities in the room, but the milk is in the kitchen fridge, a really nice host, and really eager that we had a good stay, even to the point of giving four of us a lift into town, a very nice guy indeed, not the most ideal part of town, 20 mins walking distance to the city centre, and about £8 for a cab, a bus stop just over the road, with regular buses, cheap room rates, an average place to stay for a couple of nights

Not bad
After reading the reviews i had very low expectations. However, it waa better than i expected. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The door does shake a bit when the main door is opened but overall it was good for the money spent.

The owner greeted us with their head out if the top window, then when they came down, took us up the stairs which had shoes around it. When we got to our room it had a strange odour and stained carpets, the door wasn't a proper door, rather a board of wood with a lock. Inside the room was simply a bed and a small rail for any clothes. I didn't end up staying the night as I felt too uncomfortable staying so had to leave and find somewhere else.

This place is more like a brothel or back street shelter than a hotel!!! The place was absolutely filthy and lacked any amenities. We waited on the street for 20 minutes before getting access to then be asked if we were there to have a "good time" & did we need "tissues" . I was mortified as was my husband. The bathroom is separate and not the cleanest. The other rooms were in and out and slamming doors till 6 a
