Take no notice of the bad reviews we stopped for 1night 18th nov the building has been refurbished new carpets curtains our room was very clean and comfortable

The hotel is in need of updating, however we had a good stay and slept well. The bar staff where lovely, however the food wasn't as good. The portions where huge, my son had a lasagna which he said was terrible it had been that over cooked and the mince hadn't been broke up it was like meat balls in it. also never seen kidney beans in one before x

Found the toilets to be unclean, kettle unwashed with sediments at the bottom of the kettle, stained spoons and no power outlets near bed. further, the shower nobs were half broken as well.

Hotel is very convenient for the airport. The rooms are pretty basic and the hotel is a bit dated, but it was sufficient for a one night stay.

Decided to 'grab a tooth brush' with my wife and we booked very quickly looking for a reasonably price night away and wanting to visit Harrogate after our stay at the hotel.
Turned out to be a nice place to stay with really helpful staff
and ideally located for Harrogate.

Loved the spa facilities, bar and dinning.
Also the staff were lovely.
Room was lovely, very clean and bed/ bathroom were very comfortable.
