Overrated hotel especially for the price

The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night.
The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride.
The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple.
Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense!

Dear Roy,
thank you very much for writing this review. We are very sad that you did not feel comfortable during your stay with us. The Sonnenburg consists of two separate buildings, the Stammhaus and the Landhaus. Both buildings are connected by a heated underground passageway which is about 90 meters long, if you walk fast you can be in the other building in two minutes, a leisurely walk can of course take up to 8 minutes. The fee of 22 € for a couple is for two rides, one down to Lech and one up to Oberlech, this is included in your ski pass, so you just need a ticket for check-in and check-out which we provide. In the room you lived in is actually a large double bed, not two singles, but of course we are really sorry that you couldn't sleep well. That’s why we offered you a different room, but you decided to stay in your room. You can order room service all night, after 9 p.m. it's just a smaller menu, if we had a misunderstanding at this point, we would like to apologize. Despite everything, we would be pleased to welcome you once again. Maybe in summer, here you can drive with your car directly to the Sonnenburg, so no Gondola will be needed.
