Personable, place with personality, warm, friendly and cosy. Could have been a bit more professional and slightly better maintained.

Spa area a bit weak....great saunat/steam rooms. Yet if they want ot offer ‘spa’ services they need more than one individual during winter high season.

Our SPA is not very large, but certainly full of charme.
We actually always have 2 SPA employees, but unfortunately one fell out this winter and could not be replaced. We are glad that you enjoyed the sauna and steam rooms.

The location is second to NONE in Lech. The food was so good that I never want to see food again. Just incredible. The spa is beautiful with everything you can imagine from fluffy towels, to drinks, nibbles, amazing showers and a variety of steam/sauna/infra light cubicles etc as well as the standard facials etc. The staff are a joy. Can't say fairer than that!
