We had an awesome stay at NH Lecco Pontevecchio, the room was big, view of the lake was fabulous and staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend! 😊

Staff on reception were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with advice
Service at bar was very slow and inattentive

Excellent location: short walk into town, about 10 minutes from the train station, and overlooks the River Adda. Staff extremely helpful, rooms are clean and well-equipped, breakfast was good. I was very happy with my stay there.

Lovely room which was clean and spacious. However we paid up front for a superior twin with balcony and river view. When we arrived we were given a room with a king and a small single bed. Immediately overlooking tables where people could drink .
When we queried this we were shown a room with a king size bed which we had no other choice other than to accept Room was very nice but not what we had booked and paid for. I shall certainly think twice before paying upfront again.
Hotel was convenient for shopping, restaurants and lovely lakeside walks.
