The view from the balcony across Lago di Como was amazing, but the condition of the room was not the best, the breakfast was

Hi, when you make the reservation it is written that the breakfast, due to the covid is with packaged food. Regarding the room I don't understand what you expected, the wonderful view and what was wrong? .......

Lovely quiet location with great views
Posted 21 Jul 2018Stayed here for a really enjoyable week. amazing views , lovely pool and gardens to relax in if you don't fancy venturing out , lele the owner is really friendly and more than happy to help with anything he can , simple but sufficient continental breakfast and clean rooms, location is about 15 min walk from the train station or decent restaurants , we walked most days however if we had a busy day we got a taxi back up for roughly 10 euros, hoping to go back next year :)
If your looking for a hotel with restaurant etc this place is not for you, if your looking for a nice quiet place with amazing views, a pool and lovely people you won't better it in Lecco

Warm and friendly. Very accommodating
Posted 6 Jul 2018We were greeted warmly and helped to navigate the surroundings as newcomers to Lecco. I can’t imagine a better place to stay and sit with a view of the beautiful surroundings. We love to walk and it was easy to get to cafes and eateries along the lake. We WILL be back.

fantastic spot, really nice view and affordable. The room was very nice. I reccomend for students, couples and solo travellers.You have to go up a little bit, but it's worth it.

Room with a View
Posted 21 Jul 2015 on HotelsThe hotel is lovely with a pool, but the rooms do not have A/C.
It was very hot, our room had a balcony and a fan. There is parking.
The other problem was- no lights to get in at night. You have to enter a code into a keypad, and you could not see it.
The owner is very nice and friendly.
Breakfast was very generous.
It sits on a hill with a view of Lake Como.

Perfect Hotel in Lecco
Posted 30 May 2015 on HotelsGreat hotel, great location. Loved the amazing views from balcony. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, tasty breakfast. Nice pool between mountains. I definetly recomend this hotel.

Hidden gem
Posted 12 Sep 2014A lovely, modern b&b set at the foot of the mountains in Lecco. The rooms are of a fantastic standard and the views are stunning. The owners couldn't be more accommodating and were always there if we needed anything. The photos don't do it justice! Can't rate it highly enough.

The hotel view was amazing, probably one of the best in Lecco. The rooms were clean and AC was good. However, there was a lot of rules we didn’t know about, for example we weren’t able to use any glasses or things from the kitchen, and the pool was only open between 10-12 and 16-20. Also, the hotel was very far up and the bus didn’t go that often, so the hotel is probably more suitable if you have a car.
