As a budget hotel option we were prepared for the rooms not to be amazing - and they were fine - but we didn’t reckon on the hotel-wide aircon system to not work properly in the two rooms we were offered. It seemed as if they knew it was a problem but had no solution. We eventually had to book another hotel for the last night as the heat has been in excess of 40 degrees every day. If you advertise air con then please supply it in a fully functioning state. No sleep for 4 nights = unhappy guests.

Posted 31 May 2023 on HotelsGreat location near piazza duomo and the othermain piazza. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Everything was nice except the mattress was way to firm for me. Walkable to entire centro storico.
