We were asked to present ourselves at a different address only to find out that they had changed the location of our rooms. Supposedly, our room at the Central Plaza had a plumbing issue that was not resolved. We refused the new rooms and asked to cancel our reservation but they would not refund us. We pushed the issue and suddenly our rooms were available again. Rooms more spacious, better location but really run down. Beds were dipping in the middle or sloping to the sides. Complained but we were told they were worn and nothing to be done. A/C didn’t work, they said they were coming to check and 1 1/2 hours later no one had come. At this point it was midnight. Towels were smelly. Mold in the shower and you would think that windows were always open since all sounds came through. Really nothing positive about our stay. The client’s comfort is definitely not a priority! Stay away from this place!!!!

Bed condition was so so so terrible. Heating system was terrible need to wear thick clothes for sleeping. No parking near hotel. Nearest parking lot €15 for half day. Included breakfasts was one bread and one drink. Only good thing was property location.

Ero una vecchia cliente e non tornavo qui su Lecce da un sacco, è stato un piacere ritrovare la stessa cortesia e qualità di allora e la struttura che nel frattempo è stata anche rinnovata. Per il resto il solito buonissimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Keine Gute Wahl
Wir könnten nach einigen Telefonaten und Nachfragen an Italiener, endlich das "Hotel" nur Schild an der Wand ausfindig machen. Check in war auf halber Treppe, Hostel ist besser:( Angeblicher Parkplatz... haha, öffentlich 1,2 km entfernt. Ich Zimmer verläuft der Abwasserkasten, welcher ständig pumpt wenn man im Bad etwas betätigt:( Frühstück gibt es in 250m entfernten Kaffee.... Finden wir nicht in Ordnung!!! Unser Eindruck insgesamt... Einmal und nie wieder, wir waren enttäuscht. Achja, Klimaanlage ist vorhanden aber Fernbedienung?????

Un esperienza negativa , una stanza sporchissima ho dovuto lavare la camera da per tutto , purtroppo dopo che ho riferito che la camera era sporca non è stato fatto nnt ho chiesto di essere pulita la camera ma nessuno si è fatto vivo.

God beliggenhed med mangelfuld rengøring
Det bedste man kan sige om dette hotel er beliggenheden i centrum af Old Town i Lecce. Værelsets størrelse og møblering var OK. Rengøring og skift af sengetøj og håndklæder var kritisabelt. Vores ophold varede 8 nætter, og iflg. hotels.com ville der blive gjort rent og skiftet sengetøj og håndklæder hver anden dag. Efter fire nætter bad vi om at få skiftet sengetøj og håndklæder samt at få gjort rent. I receptionen sagde de, at de havde problemer med deres vaskeri, men lovede at få det gjort samme dag. Intet skete og først efter fem nætter fik vi skiftet sengetøj og håndklæder. Gulvet blev vist fejet, men der blev ikke gjort rent på badeværelset. Der blev således kun skiftet sengetøj og håndklæder én gang i løbet af otte dage. Det sammen med den mangelfulde rengøring giver dårlig karakter.

Alt var møkkete, uappetittlig, Heisen stoppet måtte utløse alarmenAir condition fungerte dårlig.Motoren bråket.frokost elendig1 drikke og 1 søt bolle. Det var alt. slitt sengetøy og utvaska, frynsete håndklær, eneste positive med dette hotellet var beliggenheten. Vi dro etter kun 1 overnatting. Hold dere langt unna dette hotellet. Hotels. Abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia per 2 notti. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo segnalato la mancanza totale di acqua calda; il personale non è stato in grado di risolvere il problema, quindi siamo rimasti senza acqua calda. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiarci la camera ma il personale ha detto che non era possibile. Abbiamo chiesto un risarcimento, ma non ci è stato dato. La tapparella era rotta, il personale alla reception non era presente negli orari indicati: vivamente sconsigliato!

Penso che questa struttura (che fa parte del gruppo MamaSisi, Mirage e FourSeasons) destini sempre le camere prenotate su hotels.com in altre strutture. Ho atteso sotto la struttura per poi scoprire che (e non è la prima volta che succede) a causa di un "imprevisto" (stessa scusa usata tutte le volte che ho provato a prenotare in questa struttura mi avevano cambiato di camera (in questo modo non mi trovavo più vicino a Piazza Sant'Oronzo ma decisamente più lontana verso Piazza Mazzini). Ogni volta che ho prenotato qui mi hanno mandato in un'altra struttura quindi dubito che sia una coincidenza ma che lo facciano d'abitudine quindi uno prenota convinta di trovarsi in pieno centro e invece poi ti spediscono da un'altra parte senza avvisarti prima e darti la possibilità di andare altrove e questo succede soprattutto se prenoti da solo. Quest'altra struttura è decisamente vecchia; il livello di pulizia non particolarmente curato. Il bagno decisamente da ristrutturare (c'era un principio di muffa sul soffitto - vedasi foto) e il portasalviette decisamente arrugginito. Aria condizionata e tv (forse a causa vento) non funzionanti.
