Seniors stay away from B and B Letterio

Never stayed. Train delay no fault of ours. We said we would arrive st 12:40 AM They said, nastily in e mail “ Sorry, no one there at that time.” The (fine print ) says “8pm” limit on check in.” Hello? Life and does not tear along the fine dotted line. We were shocked ! So we made emergent plans to stay elsewhere at 11AM on train at a high cost & Inconvenience and total abject distress for 2 people in late 70’s never treated so poorly In over 50 years of travel. Discover card agrees and crediting us. Stay away from B and B Letterio which puts their convenience first over weary senior travelers!!!😡

Exceeded my expectations, it was a beautiful space with new and antique furnishings artfully arranged. You felt like you were visiting a friend—with very good taste.

Struttura disponibile con poco preavviso. Nel complesso sono presenti tutti i servizi. Mi dispiace non aver avuto abbastanza informazioni per la mattina successiva in merito alla colazione.

Nulla da dire per quanto riguarda la posizione, centralissima. Gestita invece indegnamente, climatizzatore che non funziona, chiamato il gestore che avevamo sentito solo per telefono , ci dice che avrebbe provveduto. Ma solo a parole perché abbiamo passato un pomeriggio e una notte senza climatizzatore e con 36 gradi all'esterno. Non penso che ci vogliono altre parole.
