This place was rough, not in good shape, stains on the towels, the furniture, the tv didn’t work, no free breakfast as far as I could tell; it felt very sketchy, and not cheap! I looked at the reviews & I swear all those recent negative ones were not there when I booked. I would not have stayed there if they were.

The absolute worst hotel I’ve EVER stayed at! Literally everything was broken—shower had never been cleaned, full of spiders and bugs, holes in the walls, tv didn’t work, knobs and light bulbs missing. If the office had been opened we would have left. It was worse than terrible. I’m so surprised Expedia offers this place on their site. I never received a refund. The only thing good was the attendant was friendly when we checked in.

Posted 8 Aug 2024 on HotelsCouldn’t find our reservation. Room wasn’t ready. Moved us to a different room but carpet was being installed so we had to wait. Bed felt like sleeping on a cot. Just skip this place. Not worth the $110.

Roaches!!! Fights in parking lot and noisy people banging on the room door in the middle of the night. Had to barricade the door with furniture to sleep safely. Filthy bathroom ~ bought supplies to clean it before use. You get what you pay for was never a truer statement. Never Again!

Kristian I am terribly sorry that your experience here wasn't what you hoped it would be. I can assure you that things are not in that condition now. As far as the tubs being dirty, we have been recoating the bathtubs in the motel, and granted the rooms that haven't been done yet look stained but i can assure you that they were clean. I have yet to see a fight in our parking lot. I'm sure that we've had couples that get into arguments here at times and although we do try and keep that under control on the premises, I have no doubt that i don't see everything that goes on here. I am truly sorry that you had a less than satisfactory stay with us. If you come back into this area, we would love to have you stay with us again at a discounted price of course and see if we can win you back over

This property is mostly monthly rentals. To check in we had to call a cell number. On my second day the key cards to get in the room were not working. Called the cell phone number and got no response. Thankfully, the folks who live on the property were able to finally get ahold of the manager. The hot water was very scalding which I was advised at check in. Tub/shower didnt drain. While the room was clean, the pillows were coverd with shams and not very good quality. I know, I got what I paid for, but the service at the front dask was non-existing. I would not recommend this property if you are planning on good service.

Hello Michael, I am very sorry that your stay here was not that great and I am truly sorry for that. The hotel is now under new management and we have begun to see to all the repairs that are needed to be made to the rooms, taking care of management being available to people within the office, and shooting for way better service than we have been having. Again, I am so sorry that your stay here was not a good one.

The parking lot needs to be repaired there's no signs lit up outside if you're driving at night you will not find this place the bathroom needs to be totally reworked the comforters and bed covering in your pictures does not indicate that's what they have the comforters in the picture or hanging in a window of the people who are managing the property the office is closed at 10:00 that's where the ice machine is some mornings are open some mornings they're not Sunday apparently not till after 10:00 11:00 in the morning room service one day only on a 3-day stay

Hello Sidney,I am sorry that your stay here was not the best and I do greatly apologize for that. The hotel is under new management and we are working to get things back up to par. Office is now open from 7 am till normal closing time for businesses (9 pm), but manager is available at all times now. Again I am sorry for your poor experience here at the hotel.

I arrived at the Maple Tree Inn to find out that I didn't have a room. Attendant said that Expedia overbooked room & all rooms were taken. I had already paid for room and had confirmation. I was out of a room for the two scheduled days. I think Expedia should compensate me if I get confirmation and find that I have no accommodations. Let's hear what you have to say.
