We decided to stay at this property for a trip into Kansas City. It was a bit further into the city then we thought (about 35 to 45 mins to about anywhere) but it worked out. The property was clean along with the rooms. We did feel safe staying there (three girls staying for a weekend). There was onsite parking which was nice. They also had an outside seating area with a firepit.

The staff was excellent. They saved my vacation. I booked a double queen originally and Hotels.com changed my room to a King studio. The staff accomodated my family. I will never use Hotels.com again for this mishap. This is the second trip Hotels.com has done this. I will book this hotel again directly or through another travel website. I definitely recommend but book through another site.

This shoulder length, poorly dressed "only person on duty" was not all helpful. The remote for the TV was "foreign" to me for operation. It was ironic that another guest approached the desk with the same concern as I was telling the clerk. The TV was very small for individuals with vision problems. Finally found the wastebasket under the cabinet for the sink. Requested assistance with the luggage -"we don't do that". Could not find an ice machine on the third floor-did not want to go looking for it on other floors in my pajamas. The room was nice, the sheets fantastic, the other linen service was good.
