The a/c was so loud that we ended up leaving after one night (though paying a ton of money for two nights). At reception I was told that if I wanted to use my credit card I had to pay more. Also, the one-bed room I reserved had been changed to a two-bed room. TV didn't work. All in all a very very forgettable experience.

We are concern about your stay and wish we knew this issue while you are here. I went in to room and found TV is working correctly , also window air condition we have that is working fine , that much noise all window ac makes. Credit card fees we are trying to work with Expedia so they can inform guest in advance. Hope fully they will post these charges online soon. We have signs posted at office where customer check inn.
