There is a $2 cleaning product fee that makes no sense at all. Why is this fee not included? I know it costs more than $2 for cleaning products and staff. This fee seems like a way to steal my billing info and makes me very suspicious.
Also, my family visited and were not allowed to swim in the pool because of liability. Why would you not provide the option for them to fill out a liability form? I was the only one in the hotel when I signed in and was hoping for a relaxing, memorable afternoon with my family and kept running into obstacles.
The front desk agent was very professional - if the arbitrary $2 went to her, I would have no objection.
Please make your hotel more family friendly - a place where families can spend time together.

Dear Mona,We thankyou for staying with us and truly appreciate that you were happy with my service.We welcome your sister and the lovely 3 adorable children they were very friendly.Sorry if I didn't explain in detail. The hotel insurance policy only covers guest in the swimming pool and if there was any injury or emergency we would not be covered therefore I had to give you the bad news. I am sorry we couldn't take a risk on safety of our guest precious family members. Hope you will give us another chance to host you.

Stayed in several hotels in area by far the best we’ve seen. Only one well use from now on. Clean and no bugs

The hotel was good but unfortunately the treadmill and the hot pool were either broken or in maintenance.
