I have used this hotel on multiple occasions. Although it is expensive for the type of hotel, it is the cleanest I have found in the area in terms of price and quality.

Checking in, staff was having a heated conversation on the phone. Sounded like it was work but it was pretty uncomfortable. She did calm herself pretty quickly as I was checking in and was courteous. Rooms are nice for the price. Area isn’t horrible. There unfortunately was a homeless person camped out on the walkway to the stairs. The entire night. I wouldn’t have felt comfortable had I been staying alone.

The rooms appear clean, but the floors are very dirty. I took a shower and walked on the floor my feet were very dirty from the unclean floor. They do the least possible! They come in and make your bed change towels and maybe wipe down the bathroom. It was very noisy, not the greatest location. We heard fighting in the next room around midnight, people always standing around outside the rooms I did not feel safe. Will not stay there again.

Conveniently located near restaurants and highway in St. Petersburg. Decent quality for price. Friendly staff. Big room.

Stayed five days. Everything went well, no problems. Breakfast was continental
