Checkin was so long and disorganized we left and went to dinner, came back and still waited 30 minutes. It’s run down, dated and overall poor condition. We would have canceled and went elsewhere but not many options here.

Is night staff not very friendly.

Had stayed in febr when ground was snow covered. This time the grounds behind the hotel you could see alot of garbage and a couple ladders tall enough to reach.ymy2nd floor window

Hi Julie. I apologize that your view out of the window was not a good one. Most of the property behind the hotel belongs to someone else, but I will be sure to get a maintenance person out there to clean things up anyway. As for the ladders, they are stored behind the building because we do not have anyplace inside that is big enough for them! What I can do though, is I will see what we can do to make sure they are secured so that they cannot be used for nefarious reasons! Thank you for bringing such an obvious flaw to my attention!!! Julie, thanks for leaving us your feedback. I will use your insights to make some changes. Thanks for helping us learn and grow!
