Very relaxing and tranquil place, beautiful and well maintained property. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, front desk, concierge is your best friend.
I would go back just to eat another Croque monsieur sandwich, that thing will haunt your dreams.

Lovely property and great food at the restaurant. Staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. Only downside is that you can hear everything in your room. Very thin walls so you can hear people walking to their room and any noise from a blow dryer to light talking. We didn’t get great sleep due to this. Also it might matter to some, but we didn’t have a shower in our bathroom. Only a tub and hand shower. No AC so depending on when you visit, keep that in mind. Overall our stay was nice and the service was wonderful.

The property is ok, the suite we stayed in was dated and the A/C didn't work for most of our stay. The shower leaked and the lighting was dim. They charge a very high rate for the mediocre quality of the room. Maybe it is worth $500/night. The breakfast was not included and was not good. The concierge gave good recommendations for day trips, but front desk staff seemed apathetic. I did enjoy spending time with the 2 cats that live at the hotel, very sweet.

Moreover, we understand the importance of a well-functioning A/C and are concerned to hear about the shower leakage and dim lighting; please know that our maintenance team is on hand to resolve such issues promptly to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. However, I would like to point out that the air conditioning, which you wanted very strong, worked perfectly in the living room but was limited to 20 degrees in the bedroom, which, at the end of September, seems to me to be very acceptable. We acknowledge that our rates reflect the standards of quality and service we aim to deliver, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Furthermore, we are sorry to hear that the breakfast experience was not up to par, and we will certainly reflect on your comments to improve our offerings. Les Lodges is a beautiful spa hotel about 10-15 minutes from town. There is a shuttle to the hotel but it isn’t always available. During our 3 night stay we had to take a cab to town or back to the hotel 3 times. It cost $25 each trip. The service is average and nothing exceptional. The food onsite is a limited selection. We ate dinner the first night and choose to cancel the second night and eat in town. This hotel is a great place if want to be remote or looking for a spa getaway. We would not stay here again if our trip was to frequent the town.

We had a wonderful stay at Les Lodges. The view of Mount Saint Victoire was stunning. The room was large and modern. The staff working at Les Lodges were fantastic! They were so friendly and kind and provided great recommendations. They also provided a shuttle service in and out of the city of Aix en Provence. The location was peaceful just outside of the city. We would love to come back again one day.
