"Excellent séjour à Arles dans cet hôtel. A 20 minutes a pieds de la partie historique. Le stationnement libre service gratuit est très pratique. La piscine a ete très appréciée. Seul bémol : il n'y a pas eu de snacking les 3 soirs faute de personnel. Mais sinon, tout etait oarfait. Je recommande !"

"Had a wonderful stay. The spa was fantastic Great location Staff was friendly and Yasmina was particularly helpful Two recommendations: They need more staff on the rooftop terrace at Sunset on the weekends. The one woman was overwhelmed and couldn’t keep up with the drink orders and bar maintenance. It would have been nice to have hair conditioner in the spa. In Nespresso machine in the bedroom would also have been nice But I don’t think this is a custom in French hotels."
