"Really friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. They had everything you need. Swimming pool, washer/driers downstairs, perfectly equipped kitchenette in apartment, mini-shop in reception. The location is brilliant for a stay in Marseille. 2 min walk from Perrier Subway station, opposite Prado Perrier bus stop (with buses to Cassis and Prado beach). Patisserie opposite and Carrefour a short walk. Apartments small but not too small. If we come to Marseille again, we’ll most definitely stay here....

"This place is well located - 5 minutes walk to the old town. The staff and friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the big draw for us was the laundry facility. "This was a great location for our trip around Aix en Provence. Super friendly and helpful staff, we only communicated online and with the check in being so easy, we felt at home right away. My partner and I stayed for a weekend to travel to Marseille and local areas, we had a hire car so the parking availability was perfect. "Property was very good albeit in the middle of a huge city. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On reception they advertised times and a menu for their bar and restaurant. However when we enquired they told us it was closed but they would happily order in for us if we needed assistance. "Had a wonderful interesting room overlooking the square. It was very lively as one could expect from a port city and easily walkable everywhere. Visited a fabulous lunch spot around the corner called Vert…very memorable and delicious! Enjoyed all the Christmas light as well. The museums are great too. Only downside is far too much ugly graffiti that makes neighborhoods look dirty and sad."

"Great location. The hospitality was very good. The staff spoke English and was accommodating. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean; it is also modern. I slept comfortably. It was walkable to restaurants, the shopping center, and the movie theater. The tram station is close by. I would recommend it. "

"Great Mercure hotel, room was large enough for our 3 night stay. Staff super friendly and helpful. You can walk to all the restaurants at the port and Galleries Layfette and shopping centre attached to hotel. Would definitely stay there again. "
