"Horrendous experience! Host should be struck off your listings. The first thing he said to us was ‘hotel finished’, meaning we weren’t welcome. We assumed it was because we didn’t check in within the hour timeframe given, even though we rung the host to explain beforehand. "Single beds in large room were very firm and one creaked with every movement, We had no idea that building was either a gite or a B & B. When the latterthe kitchen/living area is shared with others. We left all our electronic and other things in this area while out the evening we arrived and were surprised to be joined by another guest in the morning!
