Hmmm... Not very good!

Posted 24 Mar 2019 on Hotels
Dirty, run down, carpet stains, holes in the walls, a car rotting in the car park.

Disgusting hotel

Posted 18 Mar 2019 on Hotels
Hotel was decrepit, there was a huge pile of wet filty towel in the main corridor. The carpet was damp, smelly and had mould growing on the carpet and up the walls. The pictures of the hotel and represented condition was absolutely false. The hotel was in summary disgusting. If we had not arrived so late there was no way we would have stayed in this hotel.

Cheaper but totally uncomfortable

Posted 13 Jul 2016 on Hotels
The room is extremely hot, even on not too hot days, and it has no AC, your only option is open the window but in a few minutes the room will be full of mosquitos :-( Maybe they could install a mat. If only they had had a fan, we would have slept better. My boyfriend had to run away to our car, because he couldn't sleep.

Room at the inn

Posted 6 Apr 2016
Pros: Quiet.
Cons: Move the pub closer.
Location: North East edge of Rouen and nothing. It is not a holiday destination it is a stopover. Very convenient too.
Stayed twice and I'll stay again. It is somewhere cheap and convenient to break my journey between Bordeaux and Calais. The bed was comfortable and there is no background noise. That is all I am looking for. No facilities nearby so take what you need in the way of food and drink although there are vending machines in the foyer. 5 minute drive up rue de Moulin du pres to Le Mesnil-Esnard main street, turn right, there is a bar/bookies. 'Closes' at 20h00. There is a deli opposite. Closes at @19h00. The bar only does food at the weekend.

A very cheap hotel

Posted 19 Aug 2015
Pros: good clean rooms,
Cons: TV did not work Smell of smoking in corridoors and toilets front façade in poor repair, and run down
Location: It seems likThere is a Mcdonalds and big Carrefour shop near by (go left out gate, go right on the roundabout and then turn right and follow the road.
We booked this as a cheap stopover hotel. The actual rooms are of a good standard and very clean, and comfortable, however first impressions were not that great, as the front of the building is dilapidated and the entrance overgrown with a broken gate. The building smells of smoking, although not the in rooms themselves. My wife did not really feel that confortable as it seemed to be a slightly scarey area. In brief it is a very cheap hotel and does the job, but needs some refurbishment on the outside.

this place is awful

Posted 11 Oct 2013
broken down, dingy and generally un-cared-for atmosphere; showers down the hall were super gross.
