Very convienent and no need to leave security at airport. Unfortuately the price increase $150 (when i booked) to now $630 per night is out of our price range so we cant stay in future. Lots of sleepers, people sitting by wall to walk through to get to hotel.

After a 15 day trip in France, making our last night in the Yotel was perfect. All we needed was a place on the airport property. It allowed us to go through security the night before and in the morning go straight to our gate. The gate area has lots of good shopping opportunities too. We will definitely do this again to avoid morning rush hours and airport traffic. So glad a friend recommended it to us.

This hotel is located inside terminal 2E. Our flight was delayed and instead landing at 10 pm we landed at 11:30 pm. Before departure we called the hotel and they assured us they were going to wait for us since we had a 15 months baby traveling with us. Upon arrival of course that was not the case, of course nobody answered the phone and they left us stranded at midnight on the street with a 15 month baby. Most hotels were sold out but luckily we found a place to stay. On top of that they are refusing to refund the night. It shocking a hotel located inside the terminal does no wait for delayed flights and leave its customers stranded on the street. If you want to be sure to have a room no matter what book somewhere else as yotel does not understand they work in an airport subject to flight delays. Horrible and shocking experience.

We lost our stay and had to stay and part at another hotel. Theu do not take luggage. Fine. We could not keep our luggage at storage area because they did not open in time 4ournextflight. So we wasted our money. Would not recommend this place ever
