I had a very poor internet connection in my room and in the hallway. I had to go to the lobby to access the internet.

Awful expérience
Posted 31 Jul 2024 on HotelsTerrible !!! I ve seen a roach in the lobby , the hotel is so old !! Never thought you would list that crap 150 per night ! Mold in the bathroom completely unkept . It s 4 am i m not évent sleeping can t wait to get to the airport and forget about it . Nice beach thought . And shoutout to Eric the Bartender he s amazing

The hotel was close to the airport, the room was clean and the staff good. The hotel looks like it was built in the 1960's with no updates. The structure is tired and in desperate need of modern updating.

A disappointing hotel. The place had a musky odour, the towels smelled used, the breakfast was very limited and lacked flavour.

My stay at the Hotel Fleur D’épée was marvellous. The reception staff as well as the dining and cleaning staff were professional, courteous and polite. I made the right choice to sta at this hotel. I was ver pleased with the staff in general. I will return to Guadeloupe and I will stay again at the Hotel Fleur d’épée. Kudos to you all . Thank you
