"Everyone was extremely welcoming and attentive. The Chateau looks amazing on arrival and even more so in the evening. It has a fabulous pool area and the views over the surround countryside are stunning. Our room was lovely which also had amazing views. There is parking on site and we had breakfast booked which was good. The village is a stones throw and definitely worth going to visit. "

"Incredible hotel. This hotel has been recently renovated to a very high standard, especially the Maraval Suite which is perfect for families. "The building and the grounds were beautiful. The decor was for us very old fashioned. A matter of opinion I’m sure and probably very French but the old pictures and stuffed animals were slightly too much. Having said that the restaurant was lovely as was the breakfast. "An amazing place tucked away in the countryside but conveniently located for lots of the area’s attractions. We came in late Sept and the weather was warm enough for us to picnic our evening meal on the terrace in peace and quiet. The hosts are brilliant nothing is too much trouble and spent time explaining the best places to go. The rooms are of a really high standard and decorated impressively. "Wonderful hosts made us welcome and able to give lots of information about the area. Delicious breakfast, swimming pool and donkeys! The bedroom was comfortable with lovely views to the donkey enclosure. Clean, modern bathroom with small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Air conditioning not effective unfortunately and outside cooking facilities require updating - lacking basic utensils and cleaning equipment- not a problem for a short stay but may be an issue for longer stays."
