"We had a great time at Redwood River Resort. Everyone was so nice and friendly and the Deer Haven cabin was a delightful place to stay - cozy and comfortable with fun rustic decor and a big comfortable bed. The heater worked great. "You can't beat the environment. It's in the middle of the redwoods. Each cabin-like room has big trees close by. The room is cute, like an antique; if this is your type of thing you probably would like it. However, it's quite old. The bathroom tube makes screeching noise (thankfully just for a minute or two) when first using faucet; the heater has a loud noise (dropping of water?) in the middle of night which woke us up. So we decided to turn the heater off -- it wasn't very cold that night,...

"Loved this hotel! Very clean room! The harbor view room really does give an incredible view just like they advertise in their pictures. They have complimentary hot cocoa and coffee in the lobby which we really appreciated in the cold weather! The hotel was within 15 mins of everything we wanted to see. Overall loved it!
