We've stayed at this property a few times in our travels between ID an UT. It's a solid value. It's on the lower end of the Marriott spectrum, but mostly due to age I think. I have no issues and would stay again.

There was dry pee on the seats and pubic hair on the toilet. It smelled like it hadn’t been clean. I asked the kid at the front desk to get me supplies to bleach the sink and toilet and he acted annoyed about it.

Hotel was easy to find, good location. Room had a musty old smell, room was super clean but perhaps some Reno’s would be a good suggestion. The smell was coming from the sink area.
