There were cockroaches in the room ants there is no ventilation in the bathroom

I picked this hotel because it has the Wyndham name associated with it. That was a huge disappointment! Here is a list of the issues: No elevator Uneven stairs Dark stairs to the ice maker Shower plumbing fixtures loose and open at the wall Dirty carpet with worn spots to the backing Beds were awful, hard as the floor, you could feel the coils and wire that wrapped around the outside of the mattress Pillows were so small and flat flat flat! We had to ask for a hair dryer (it was stolen from the room) Junk cars (flat tires, missing tires, and looked lived in) around the property The website listed hot breakfast, it was a "TO GO BREAKFAST" that wasn't there. No fruit, protein bars, juice, nothing! 2 small towels, 2 washclothes for 2 people There was construction for roof repairs and the workers parked vehicles across several parking spaces. Work vehicles were parked behind guest vehicles. There were no saftey signs or barriers up to prevent people from entering the work area. The staff was helpful!

When we arrived Saturday afternoon we were met by a smiling and welcoming young man "Guna". He remained that evening and early next morning. Then "Hatel" greeted us after breakfast and before we left. I must say that smiling friendly faces make a HUGE difference in life! And we were very grateful for them. Also the facilities and our room were very clean with a welcoming environment! Thanks sooo very much!

I was on the second floor and had to walk up the stairs outside to get to my room - there is no elevator in the lobby leading to the other levels. Very strange and unsafe.
