The curtins were shredded, there was a open coke in the fridge and when you walk in it smelled of smoke. But the bed was comfortable and the price was good

I forgot to take pictures of Room 207 on Nov 16, 2024 but it wasn't clean. There were hairs all over the bathroom floor and shower. Trash, old tissues under the vanity, stink bugs by the window, curtain lining dirty and water marks, ceiling watermarks above the closest bed to the door. I wish i could get a credit to my account. Thank you.

Had two different beds that had blood all over the actual mattress and both had blood on the sheets like the sheets had never been changed

We had a handicap room and the beds were so high to get in one of us used the chair to crawl in. Sink was very high also

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I am sensitive to scents and our room smelled very strongly. When I told the staff at the desk they thought the room had probably been deep cleaned that day so they gave us another room which didn’t smell as much. I would suggest using more natural or unscented cleaners, as more and more people are sensitive or allergic. We had a good stay and thank you for treating us well. The room was very comfortable and the fridge was handy.

The staff was nice and rooms were clean but we went to swim also and I called before I went to check in and they said yes it's open well it wasn't because the heat had went out of the pool and it's was ice cold you couldn't swim and than they said they would fix it but just put a out of service note on the door
