very clean room, bed was really comfortable, parking was easy, walk in shower with good water pressure, had a great time at the bar with very friendly staff,

The Oread has long been our favorite hotel in the area, but since Hilton acquired it we feel like the live has gone from the property. Rooms warmth has gone cold. Only had house keeping one of three nights. Still the best location in town. Hopefully they will pay more attention to getting it back to the gem it was.

The bathroom and shower were the only issues in our room. The glass panel was missing and some plastic shower rods were used with a curtain. Not impressed for a luxury hotel to not repair the shower or just not use the room.

I think the price did not equate to the level of comfort or amenities offered. I believe the inflated price to be due to the college being across the street and them capitalizing on that. The staff, however, nice and welcoming.
