3rd time's the charm is what they told me at check in. The first room had a pillow that looked like it was peed on and the shower was filthy. The 2nd room had hair everywhere including under the covers and had sticky stuff on the table. The 3rd room was better but still had a gross shower and the bathroom door wouldn't close. No refund offers or genuine apologies.

Property was nice, very nice suite I had, housekeeping was great. The only negative was the person in the room above me was loud from 11:30-1:30 two nights in a row

Comfortable beds. Clean. Loved the swimming pool and fitness center. Staff was incredible - General manager Cynthia Zimmerman and Bobby Pleasant went out of there way to make us feel welcome. Definitely will be coming back to this hotel when we visit family in Lawrence, KS

Absolutely the best place to stay! Impeccable cleanliness, friendly staff, super breakfast. Located on the edge of town (interstate accessible), nice walking area for your pets, ATM available, in house bar, reasonable price.
