The breakfast and coffee was good. The room was comfortable. Plenty of parking. Close to Chilis restaurant which made the whole area smell good.

There were stains on the floor and sitting chair. I had to reprogram the clock because it was off by four hours. I also had to reprogram the tv remote control because it wasn’t even paired to it. One of the mattresses had a large stain on it that was questionable. Fortunately, I opted not to sleep on that bed before I saw the stain.

Required a $100 deposit for incidentals, when they have nothing to offer. Still trying to get a refund, but communication is poor with this property. Very shady, but good location.

The hotel is very dated. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower drain was not draining properly which was an issue. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We were there 2 nights. After we checked in, we never saw a staff person. The front desk was always vacant. Never saw a breakfast attendant. Room was quiet, but nothing special. Was very expensive because of KU football game.

The only positive thing I can say, is the bedding was clean in the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was disgusting. It were handprints on the headboard and marks from drinks on the nightstand. We booked for two nights and only stayed one night because it was dirty. When I told the front desk clerk that as we were checking out, he didn’t even acknowledge me.
