Unfortunately someone was smoking in a ajoining room and our room and clothes stunk. This is not a petty complaint it was truely gross.

Despite the measures taken to prevent guests from smoking in the rooms, unfortunately there are those who manage to break the rules, we hope to be able to further improve the verification methods. The road leading to the hotel is quite bumpy. The car park is muddy during raining.

Had to walk up 37 steps to the room. Hotel has no elevator. Room was tiny and I had to lower my head to enter the bathroom. Almost no taxis in that area.
It did have a good breakfast.

We regret noticing your disappointment with regards to the location of the room on the second floor, but the room descriptions are accurate and being a two storey-hotel, does not require an elevator. Also we are more than happy to assist our guests with room relocation in case they are not satisfied or with calling taxis for them.
We hope that this small issues will not prevent you from staying with us in the future and we hope to have you again as our guest.

Restaurant,room cleanliness, Service was friendly. The only Problem was the noise, Television in neighbouring room so loud it was like in your room. Even with earplugs it was difficult to sleep. There
was a notice saying not to use Television loudly at night. Unfortunately not observed.

Right overlooking the lake which is fabulous. We upgraded to lake view and I’d higjly recommend that.
Hotel is over a restaurant.
Hotel is upstairs and a little old & in need of a renovation BUT the lake view and lake surroundings were all you notice.
We stayed 1 night & we’d definitely stay again
Very reasonably priced.
There was a portable air con Unit in the room for which we were very grateful as it was 29’/30’

Pros: The open setting with a first ( for me second ) floor balcony.
Hotel was very comfortable. Open setting over looking a nice lake. The restaurant was Bering good with fast an friendly survive. Prices were in line with other restaurants in the area.

Nice hotel , close to the lake and nice view.
Posted 3 Sep 2017Nice room and breakfast .waiters not really nice . Room looked nice but no hair dryer in the bathroom . Nice food at the restaurant and not very expensive . Nice experience .
