Stayed here because it advertised full kitchen rooms. Booked a huge room for my family of 6, in a room stating it had a full kitchen. Turns out it didn't have an oven. Brought meals specifically for oven use. Couldn't eat them.
Asked the staff about it, said I couldn't use an oven. Turns out you have to CALL and ask specifically for an oven, even though my online booking says FULL kitchen. False advertising.
Morning breakfast was simply ok. Every morning there was something missing for coffee. One morning they ran out of coffee. Another they ran out of cream.
