no air conditioning on only
Limited time air come from wall 1pm till 6p no kettle for make tea or coffee in room

Good morning, the air conditioning works from 10am to 7am the following morning. We don't have a tea kettle and we don't advertise it. If you want it, you can buy it. Good morning.

Good morning Mr Miguel, I have carefully read your review, I would like to point out 2 points, you arrived at the hotel after the established time and we could have refused your booking and retained the amount due, second point, you arrived after midnight, degrees outside around 20 bad cloudy weather with little rain, you would like air conditioning.. maybe you wanted heating, good morning and best wishes.

Gentile Tava facciamo il punto lei ha prenotato una camera singola, camera singola vuole dire 1 letto, ha preteso un letto matrimoniale allo stesso prezzo e noi l'abbiamo gentilmente accontentata, poi si presenta alla rception il il giorno seguente alle 05:00 del mattino pretendo di partire senza pagare penali o altro, abbiamo acconsentito per avere con il clinte il minimo disagio possibile , a suo dire pretendeva l'aria condizionata con 20 gradi esterni dai noi negata , e diceva di avere zanzare in stanza, poi avendo avuto da noi come hotel la massima comprensione in tutto e pertutto mi fa una recensione pessima senza nessuna spiegazione, mi auguro di non vederla mai piu e le faccio le mie condoglianze
