Breakfast included, however, no breakfast or staff available.

Sad, sad, sad
Posted 21 May 2023 on HotelsFrankfurt-Hahn is no longer nice. Flights have been greatly reduced, some airlines have left, leaving this hotel very lonely. We had a difficult time checking in because it was automated, and we could not reach anyone by phone for a long time.
No more breakfasts. Though we had paid for them and no refund yet from anyone, but I'll deal with that when we get back to the USA.
Staff was super friendly and we wish them good luck!!!

they didnt honor the resv, our guys had to sleep in a hallway
Terrible hotel, never use them ever again

I stayed there to sleep before my flight. The floor on the bathroom had hairs, the water from the shower didn’t get warm. But the worst thing was the horrible noise at night, they have a problem with the air conditioner system. Even if it was turned off was making a horrible sound that didn’t let us sleep the all night. Then when we check downstairs were no receptionist to be able to ask for other room.
