The hotel made me feel like I was in Switzerland and not in a generic hotel that could be found anywhere.
The staff were amazing. The breakfast was perfect, a great way to start our day of hiking. The location was great, central to everything we wanted to do.

Our room was very plain and rather uncomfortable. The breakfast was plain, but good and filling. The area is the most beautiful place on earth.

Charming accommodations with easy access to dining, activities, grocery stores. A pleasant and helpful staff and satisfying breakfast buffet.

Loved the location and old world feel.
Not a big fan of deep tubs and awkward showering. Room had a big public deck outside two windows reducing privacy. Otherwise nice stay.

Across street from grocery store and equidistant to train and cable car. Great staff!
