This was the most amazing stay! From the moment I arrived to the moment we left! Staff was amazing, food was great!

You can’t go wrong with this hotel, the rooms are very comfortable, the staff is super helpful, the breakfast and dining options are delicious.

Posted 16 Sep 2024 on HotelsOur room was immaculate when checking in and the entire staff was very informative and helpful. The breakfast buffet was everything you would want and more. Our dinner (salmon) was the finest tasting ever had and we eat a great deal of fish.
Lastly, Maria and Joseph our servers and the chef are outstanding!

Wonderful hotel directly across from the train station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very nice. Highly recommend if you are staying in Murren.

very nice and quaint hotel, spa and lounge areas are very nice and provide a good view of the mountains. breakfast included had good options. close to train station and access to schilthorn. overall recommend

Murren is a beautiful little town that is perfect for hiking. (we went in the summer) This hotel is located near the train station so the access is easy and it's a short walk from the gondola too. The restaurant is magnificent and the staff super friendly and helpful. There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel, but it should be finished soon. I highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

One of kind family hotel. I completely impressed with their professionalism, and beautiful hospitality. Hereremains at the top of the pile for me. Rooms are excellent but the service from staff and the many food options are all first class. Go and enjoy.
