Best hotel and view. Not much choice for food after dark. There is also some construction.

The room we had was small, but nice and adequate for our needs. The breakfast buffet was good. We were hoping to use the spa but it closed early enough that we weren’t able to use it by the time we got back to the hotel after dinner.

Hotel is located right in front of the train station which is quite convenient. Break fast is good. Staff service is not of a great quality. We reached early and kept the luggage in the store room as room was not ready. That is understood. However, staff at the reception could have given us the City voucher( knowing we were already there to check in )which can be used to get discount while visiting Trummelbach falls. Hotel doesn't provide Kettle for boiling/hot water in the room which is a major drawback. We are used to drink tea. Hot water from the coffee machine smells coffee taste and didn't good for tea. We were told to get boiling water from the hotel restaurant. However, restaurant staff provided boiling water once and while asking for the second time, restaurant staffs tone was not good and told us that this was the last time he is providing boiling water and will charge for any boiling water need. Lady in the breakfast room seems to be rude. We feel that hotel doesn't care for the customers.

Hotel was decent, views from hotel were very nice, breakfast was nice and the SPA was excellent. The area was really really quiet and there’s not much to do. 20-30 train away from Lauterbrunnen.
People there aren’t very friendly. Experienced racism there as a brown man (not in hotel, in and around the area)

In a really convenient location in the heart of Wengen, had an excellent buffet breakfast, and the spa/pool are absolutely wonderful. There was a bit of noise owing to the proximity to the train station and some of the construction taking place, but nothing outrageous. Would absolutely go back.

We had a wonderful stay! The building is a bit dated, but the staff was wonderful and having access to the spa and a morning breakfast buffet was an amazing plus!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was having some refurbishment but that didn't detract from our experience.
The spa was very good with sauna and steam room and a large swimming pool.
