This was one of, if not the nicest hotel we have stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful. Our room was impeccable with comfortable beds, heated bathroom floor beautiful balcony with view of Lake Geneva. We did not care for the restaurants, but that was our personal choice. If you want a 5 star hotel - stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Luxury Hotel but ..........
Posted 29 Sep 2024 on HotelsThis is a fabulous high end hotel with wonderful food, great wines, and a beautiful setting. The staff is friendly, charming and efficient. But to ask for US$ 1,230 for a five minute ride to the station and try to persuade guests not to take the US$13 taxi is taking the fleecing of guests too far. A hotel of this standard should offer complimentary rides for their guests to station to make use of the highly efficient Swiss railway. For example, the Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa in Interlaken, does exactly that, offers guests free rides to the Interlaken Ost Swiss Railway station.
