Good connections. Very limited services. Wi-Fi is really weak and to me was useless next to stairway. Breakfast service took very long to get.

Perfect for a short stay, very convenient for the offices nearby. No receptionist ever avaialble when needed but not a problem in my instance. Cold room, old lumpy pillows. The restaurant/bar wasnt open on a friday evening. Despite the minor negatives, i would stay there again if i needed to work locally again.

Terrible service. Self check in outside reception hours 08.00 - 14.00 Monday. Weekend, no service after 14.00 on Friday. Service of changing towels every 3 days (it looks it is the standard of 3 stars hotel in Switzerland based on the affirmation of the arrogant and useless receptionist named Alvina). We had no balcony to dry our towels and simply asked on Friday for receiving 2 extra towels, our departure being scheduled on Sunday. What we finally did not receive as we did not receive the number or the manager, despite my request from receptionist. To be definitely banned of your options if you want to take showers as a normal person. Self check in code was not received as promised upon our arrival despite having provided the requested documents and wifi mentioned on the entrance door was not working until the following day where IT person had to enter into our room to fix it

Balconies are available in another, higher room category.Change of towels.Change of towels according to the standards of 3 * hotels is carried out every 3 days. In order to care for the environment and save energy. But we are happy to provide the guest with an extra service for an additional charge of 15 CHF for a set of towels for 2 people.Wi-fiThere is indeed a problem with the WiFi connection in this room. But we provided a device with mobile Internet that works no worse than a standard connection. Our specialists tried to solve this problem, but since your woman did not feel well, we did not bother her for a long time.Our receptionistAt the very least, she was useful to you because she quickly responded to your letters before your arrival and accepted the package in your name before your arrival. In the end, towels were only provided to you after a polite request from your lady. You started the whole conversation with the phrase "we leave earlier for 2 days - return the money to us".In any case, thank you for choosing our hotel and we wish you only positive impressions from staying in other hotels.Besr regards
