Staff was friendly, Brandon the manager, did not give a courtesy notification when they turned off the water in the middle of showering and preparing for a family funeral. Has to leave fences in toilet and when i returned the didn’t even come to freshen up the room after hours .

Room was clean and quiet. Staff super friendly and helpful. Perfect location in Laurinburg. Great hot breakfast also !!

The employees were all extremely friendly!! The Building and room needs a update and seems a little worn. The Morning Breakfast was top notch!! The woman running the Breakfast area was really busy but so helpful!! I feel that your employees should be commended!! Check in and out was enjoyable. Would recommend people to stay here.

Upon our stay we had to change room twice. There was a bug in our first initial room the staff provided a new room and there was a terrible odor in the second room. With that the staff then provided a third room which there were no issues

The AC was not working and the fan was blowing out warm air. We left out hoping it would cool down, but it didn’t. There were no available rooms within an hour and it was 3am so we barely got a few hours sleep and checked out at daybreak. The front desk associate Crystal was so helpful and came up to the room, but it was mechanical. She left a message for the manager and we even spoke to the morning attendant and was told they couldn’t refund because booked thru Expedia. The manager was left 2 messages, but has yet reached out.
