Convenient situation on edge of city for bus or walking access into centre; Also close to autobahn. Friendly staff and clean, well appointed room. Confusion at check out with payment for parking being taken twice? Am currently awaiting a clarification on this.

Perfectly reasonable accommodation in Aachen

Perfect location for my requirements with pleasant check-in, value-for-money room, acceptable air-con, fast wi-fi speed (I wish all business hotels were this quick). Ate out for evening meal but breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Bathroom was good but the shower screen was terrible. Might as well not have been there! Why can't hotels grasp that guests don't like a paddle on the floor after a shower!!!

No Restaurant Facilities

I booked this hotel because it had a restaurant. During my 4 day stay there was a coach trip in the hotel and this took over the restaurant with a buffet for the coach trip. There was no restaurant menu for the other guests and this was very disappointing.
